As these trends indicated, people are unable their basic needs including home, food, and clothes. The survey revealed that some village in Zanzibar lacks sufficient water and electricity which also stimulate the rapid growth of poverty. Despite the government initiative of water supply that believed unmanageable by many local people to pay their monthly amount as well as electricity have led many of villagers in dilemma.
